2022 Salvatore’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Basket Press

This wine was born from an anonymous vineyard in Niagara-on-the-lake, harvested on November 14th 2022 . Only two barrels were produced of this unique wine, pressed in a traditional basket-style press just like old times.. An intriguing wine reveals cassis, cocoa and espresso bean.

Try it with Veal Parmigiana or herb roasted duck.
