Rosso is our house blend. A complex mélange of 5 varietals:
40% Merlot
34% Cabernet Sauvignon
13% Syrah
9% Cabernet Franc
4% Pinot Noir
Each variety was housed separately in a combination of American and French Oak barrels for 12 months of aging before blending and bottling. Expect ripe flavours of raspberry, plum, and black currants with subtle black pepper and vanilla spice. Pair with veal parmigiana to make this wine shine.
