Barrel 81 is our premium Cabernet Merlot blend. With 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Merlot, this wine is layered with flavours of sweet cigar box, black cherry and truffle. Barrel 81 was aged for 1 year in new French oak to give a delicate oak texture and balance. Great with flank steak in a mushroom cream sauce for a hearty pairing.
