If you'd like to book a tour at our winery, send us an e-mail or call 905-262-0636 during business hours. We're happy to provide three types of tours for you and your group: Structured Tasting, Traditional Tour, and the Winemaker's Tour. Please read over the details and choose which type best fits your needs.
Structured Tasting - Offered by daily by request (pending availability) or by appointment
- Flight of three premium table wines selected by our in-house experts, including private "tutored tasting".
- Accommodates 1-50 guests; larger groups are welcome, please enquire for details.
- Features a brief lesson on proper sampling technique, basic wine pairings, and other wine trivia.
- $2 per guest, non-refundable fee.
We encourage this option for small groups of active wine-drinkers looking to sample our best, or large groups looking to learn a little more about wine. For groups of 20 and larger, please call at least one day in advance to guarantee availability.

Traditional Tour - Offered daily at 1PM (May to Oct.), or any time between 11AM-4PM by appointment
- 20-30 minute tour of our vineyard and winery by knowledgeable staff
- Accommodates 1-50 guests; larger groups are welcome, please enquire for details.
- Features a custom tasting session for smaller groups, or structured tasting of four table wines for larger groups.
- $5 fee per guest 19 years of age and older. The tour fee may be refunded upon the purchase of wine, although there is a limit of one refund per bottle.
The Traditional Tour is great for families, couples and friends looking for a relaxed look at Niagara's wine industry. It's a great way to learn the basics about our winery, vines and wines, as well as taste wines with our well-trained staff.
For groups of 20 and larger, please call at least one day in advance to guarantee availability. Please enquire for special accommodations (i.e. birthday/anniversary announcement, specific type of wine tasting, etc.), and we will do our best to satisfy your requests.
Winemaker's Tour - By appointment Sundays only
- Private 30 minute tour of our vineyard and winery by Winemaker Angela Kasimos.
- Offered by appointment during the Spring and Summer on Sundays only. Though we accept last-minute-inclusions, we require 48 hours notice to guarantee space. Offered by special request and appointment during the Fall and Winter.
- Accommodates small groups only. To ensure the tour will be intimate, groups will not exceed 15 guests.
- Private "tutored tasting" of three table wines and Vidal Icewine with the Winemaker.
- A freshly prepared plate of cheese and gourmet crackers.
- $10 fee per guest, non-refundable.
The Winemaker's Tour is an ideal getaway for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate team-building, or just a weekend trip for your close friends. It's a cozy way to become familiar with winemaking at Riverview Cellars, with all of the extra luxuries.
